Aesop skin care

Earlier this year I got a few Aesop products and started integrating them into my daily routine. I was in Honolulu and went to their store at Ala Moana - so I was able to get a consultation from one of their which was so nice. She tested things out on my hand and I was able to sample things from their entire line based on what my needs/skin conditions were. The woman who I worked with was super nice - not too salesy at all, she was more educational than anything else.

I ended up getting two facial cleansers - both of which are amazing. They're both pretty intense so they're not intended to be used back to back. The ones that worked best for my skin (which is pretty sensitive and has a tendency to be pretty red at times) were the Purifying Facial Cleanser and the Purifying Facial Exfoliant.

The other facial product I got from them (and this one I can't recommend enough) is the eye makeup remover, called Remove. I wear a fair amount of eye makeup everyday and I hate the idea of having to really rub my eyes really hard to get it off. So now, I mix a few drops of Remove into the Cleanser and gently apply it to my closed eyelids and then I put warm water over a small section of this crazy invention and it comes off so easily - without any serious rubbing! I love it and I feel like I'm really protecting that super sensitive (aka consistently aging) area around my eyes! It works like a charm.

And then I also got two of their body products as well - both of which are amazing. I use the Geranium Scrub in the shower and then this moisturizer is awesome because living in Colorado means extreme dryness - this stuff is up to the test for sure. Plus the scent is really nice - but not overpowering and not too flowery. So it's good for both men and women. If you have flaky skin (which I get in the winter sometimes on my shins - sort of gross but so true!), the scrub and this moisturizer will take care of it in just a few days.

I think the total for all of these was around $200 - which isn't really that bad considering that they last a super long time, the ingredients are free of any sketchy chemical and they all WORK. Get yourself some Aesop ASAP.
