A pear & fig galette on a cold, snowy night
It's snowing here in Colorado, the first snow of the season. While I'm incredibly, inappropriately dressed for this occasion (hello mini skirt and 4" heels) - I couldn't be more ready to snuggle in and cozy up and hunker down for a lovely, long winter. So let's kick it off with some delightful red wine and this delicious looking pear/fig/goat cheese galette I found over on Rue. The trick to recipes like this is using a store bought crust. It's way easier and much less time consuming for a work night. Click here for the full recipe.
