Taking on 2015...from the inside out
Who doesn't love a little green juice? This one is super hydrating (hello coconut meat) and a really nice sweet treat alternative if you're cutting back on sugar. Recently I invested in a Vitamix and I cannot stop making things like this! I found this recipe (and image) on Goop.
2 cups coconut water
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup fresh coconut meat
1 handful spinach or dark leafy green of your choice (about 1 cup)
Blend everything together and enjoy!
